We have one strict quality control system from raw material supplying to finished produtcs.
Our standards for quality control syster are :
GB/T19000-2008 idt ISO9000:2005
GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001:2008
We have different QC for different procedure:
Before producing: Raw material & all components
During producing (the wire connecting, the welding, the assembling, etc)
Finished products (the temperature, the resistance, the current, the outlooking, etc)
All QC inspect their related part according to below strict Quality Control Regulation.
Gas leaking testing by Japan machine.
Hipot testing, resistant testing, current leaking testing
different probe at different position in one machine
the wire will guide the different temperature of different probe to computer
Computer will store each testing report for each machine, QC will anaylze the temperature here.
